Cancellations

To cancel or edit your order after making the payment on the website, E-mail us on [email protected]  within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order hasn’t been dispatched by us, we will be happy to help you out.

Returns

Yep. Returns Happen. But we want customers that love us, so glance over these points you might want to know:
You can raise a return request by dropping an email at [email protected]  with your order details and reason for return.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
COD can be refundable with paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Shipping

For Appeal product categories, if you are not happy with the product for any reasons (which are not very likely, but, just in case) you can return the products within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund of the order amount will be processed as within 3-10 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a wrong order or a defective or damaged product, send us an email at [email protected]  within 2 days of receiving the order (preferably with a picture) and we would do the needful.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Please mail us about the same for more details.
Certain products are marked as pre-orders. No returns/exchanges are available on pre-order products.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Self – Returns

You have to ship us the products yourself at the given address. You can write to us and we can try to also arrange for a return pick up for you if possible. In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or invoiced to you separately.
If you are shipping an item yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure you pack the items well before shipping them back. Any damages to the product while return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility.

Note: UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED IN CASE OF RETURN WITHOUT VIDEO NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED
